Module 1: Finding and making news

What is news and how does news make your organization more relevant and trustworthy?

This module is taught in Dutch. There's room for 30 participants.

Everything starts with looking for—and finding—the most interesting stories and expertise within your company or organization. It's about new projects, figures and research, interesting cases, etc. Stories that can also captivate people outside of your organization, and which make your company or government agency more relevant. One key condition: the stories must be newsworthy.

In this module, you'll learn how to recognize news in your organization and how to bring it out and channel it. For example, by opting for experts more often, instead of always going for the CEO or the spokesperson. Because frequently, the public considers them more credible and trustworthy.
